Mark is a Law Society of Scotland accredited specialist in incapacity and mental disability law and has been since 2015.
Mark joined Wright & Crawford as a partner in 2004.
He has been a practising solicitor since 1991. After an extensive career in dispute resolution Mark has specialised in guardianship applications and management of the affairs of persons with incapacity. He deals will all stages of the court application to be appointed guardian. He guides and advises guardians who have been appointed on their own duties and responsibilities.
Mark also assists clients with the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney, the winding up of estates, general employment advice and contract law.
Mark is a former Senior Tutor and Lecturer in Advanced Civil Litigation on the Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at The University of Glasgow.
