We see court as a last resort, and can advise you on the alternative means of resolution including the different forms of mediation. Denise Hooper is a trained Collaborative Lawyer who can take you through the process of collaboration if that suits your circumstances, and she is currently training to become an Accredited Specialist in Mediation.
