Having joined the firm in 1997 then becoming a director in 2001, she specialises in all aspects of family law including separation, cohabitation and all aspects of child law and has extensive experience in the field.

Denise has expertise in high value and complex divorce cases involving businesses and properties located abroad. Denise is a member of the Family Law Association, Scottish Collaborative Group, The International Academy of Collaborative Lawyers and FLAGS Scotland.

Denise’s approach is to get clients to a satisfactory resolution, to keep costs to a minimum and to use plain English. An excellent reputation has given Denise a client base across Scotland and further afield in Europe.
